TAB Industries is excited to announce the addition of a new piece of equipment that will enhance our metal manufacturing services: a 125 ton, 10 foot CNC Press Brake. We’d been searching for over a year for the right machine that would accommodate our current and future needs. While exhibiting at FABTECH in 2024, we stopped by to visit our friends at Bescutter and found the solution we were looking for.
CNC Press Brake Features and Uses
Our Bescutter BesBrake has a servo motor, which allows for precise movement control and faster production. Servo press brakes are also more energy efficient and consume power only when needed for movement, which can lead to energy savings of more than 70% compared to hydraulic systems.
This machine has the ability to form thin gauge material to 0.25” thick up to 10 feet long. Thicker material can also be formed in shorter lengths. Thanks to the press brake’s multi-axis capabilities and the stock tooling of our equipment, we can form multiple bends within one setup.
